Today was sort of a slow day. I stayed home while Joy went out and did her business. I spent about 3 hours on the phone with tech support for my wireless broadband provider to get the laptop set up to work properly. The gentleman that I ended up talking with was extremely helpful.
This morning I started out the day drinking my two ounces of FrequenSea and then Joy “lovingly” suggested that I eat 6 prunes so that I could have a good bowel movement. Well, as of yet (10:17 p.m.) I have yet to have that bowel movement. I have been drinking almost 1 gallon of water. I went pee today at least 11 times. It seems like I spent the whole day in the bathroom. As far as my nourishment intake for the day it is as follows:
1 €“ 2oz glass of FrequenSea
6 organic prunes – well chewed
1 €“ whole food smoothie (rice milk/cacao raw organic chocolate/bee pollen and flax seed)
¾ of a gallon of water
1 €“ 2oz glass of FrequenSea
3 €“ pieces (strips) of Organic Fresh Pineapple
I had the opportunity to meet two wonderful ladies tonight. Their names were Shirley and Carlena (?). They were from Fayetteville, GA. I shared my testimony with them and gave them my new email address. We shared about the wonderful miracles of God and how He brought me to GA and what He was going to do. They were encouraged. I am so thankful for all the wonderful people I am meeting and for the opportunity to be an encouragement to them.
