This morning I woke up at 7:30 a.m. and got dressed to start the day. I am doing better and better as far as waking up. Hopefully before long I will be able to get up and get going without feeling exhausted. Nevertheless, here I am up and ready to start the day.

I got weighed this morning and I weighed 556 pounds. That is a loss of 14 pounds since Sunday. I am very excited about that. Buckle your seat belts ‘cause here we go. Thank you Jesus!!!
