Today I met with Yvette, the personal trainer. She is a wonderful girl. Tomorrow we are starting our workout regime. We are going to do aerobic and weight training starting tomorrow, Thursday after she gets off from her job. She is a certified personal trainer. I am so excited to have someone do what she is going to do. She will come by every afternoon after she gets off of work and we are either going to go to Stone Mountain and walk the mountain or go over to some High School and walk the bleachers. I am excited and then again I’m not really looking forward to the beginning phases because I know it will be tough. Nevertheless, I have committed to doing this and I plan on going all the way. These people have joined on to help me get healthy so I know I am extremely blessed to have these people help me.

We talked to the video man today and he is coming by tomorrow to start the video documentary on my journey. Also, tomorrow, Thursday, we will be meeting with, Deborah, the life coach.

I can hardly believe that as of today I have lost a total of 48 pounds. Now keep in mind that I started this journey 9 days ago on Monday, April 10, 2006.

Today before we went to the Senior Center for Joy to teach her class I was aware of a real heavy feeling in my head. It was almost like feeling dizzy except it was more like I couldn’t hold my head up because it was soooooo heavy. Joy gave me some cayenne pepper and lime juice mixed in water to drink. As the day went on I noticed that the feeling was gone and I didn’t feel that way anymore.
