What’s your story?

You have read my story now I want to hear about yours. What are your victories? What are your trials? Helping others can actually help yourself. One of the best things to help me stay motivated is to reach out and help others. What works for you?

Dear Bo
You are a great encourager, a ministering angel. The other day when we were together and I had no willpower of my own nor did I want any. In a short time our Lord used you to show me that I can do it. It has been only 3 days my friend and I am already feeling better. Without really trying just mostly adding the flaxseed and bee pollen I have lost 2 lbs. Not anything noticeable but I do not feel sluggish in the evening. I am able to stay up until about 11 p.m. when before by 9 I could not keep my eyes open. I love you my sweet Bo, and may our precious Father in heaven continue to bless you as you have blessed me.

Dear Bo, thanks for the info on Wheatgerm and all the vitamins and other nutrients it contains. I would like to encourage you to keep on learning about what you can do to improve your health and to keep on leaning on Jesus to give you strength. There is a cookbook, Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallen that I believe would be very beneficial to you in learning and understanding how fats, ‘GOOD FATS’, work in our bodies and actually help us arrive at our ideal body weight while at the same time improving out overall health. Many individuals have added coconut oil to their diets and have either gained or lost weight depending on their body needs. I really can’t encourage you enough to get and read this book. It is more than a cookbook. She basis her theories on the research of Dr. Weston Price. You can Google his name to find out more about him and his research. God bless you! Diane Sperber
