One thing to remember also about the valleys, is that is where we actually learn something! Nothing worth having is easy. I told someone recently that I was glad that this has journey with losing weight has been taking me so long because I had alot to learn and if I just woke up one morning thinner, I would just be a THIN screwed up person!
