We met with Deborah, the Life Coach today. This was a wonderful experience. She is such an inspiring woman and I really felt a real warmth with her. She is a wonderful Christian woman. We talked about things from my past and she made several good points for me to ponder. One thing that she told me in regard to my feelings with my mom was this. . . I can HATE the behavior; however, I can still LOVE the person. Also, she gave me a book to read as part of my homework the book is called “The Ancient Paths”. I am to read two chapters before I meet with her on Monday. I am looking forward to this meeting. She shared a scripture with me that we need to focus on and this just happened to be one of my favorite scriptures. The scripture that she used was 2Cor 10:4. . .the weapons of our warfare are not carnal . . . . .

Today I met with Yvette, the personal trainer. She is a wonderful girl. Tomorrow we are starting our workout regime. We are going to do aerobic and weight training starting tomorrow, Thursday after she gets off from her job. She is a certified personal trainer. I am so excited to have someone do what she is going to do. She will come by every afternoon after she gets off of work and we are either going to go to Stone Mountain and walk the mountain or go over to some High School and walk the bleachers. I am excited and then again I’m not really looking forward to the beginning phases (Read on …)

Today I got up at 8:30 or 9:00 am. I went to sleep at about 1 or 2 then I had to get up 3 or 4 times to go to the bathroom. I had my morning bowel movement and then I got weighed. Amazingly enough I got on the scale and weighed in at 545. That makes 25 pounds lost since Monday morning April 10th 2006. Five days!!! I lost 11 pounds alone yesterday; I’m sure that drinking all that water had something to do with it. Needless to say I was excited (Read on …)

Today was sort of a slow day. I stayed home while Joy went out and did her business. I spent about 3 hours on the phone with tech support for my wireless broadband provider to get the laptop set up to work properly. The gentleman that I ended up talking with was extremely helpful.

This morning I started out the day drinking my two ounces of FrequenSea and then Joy “lovingly” suggested that I eat 6 prunes so that I could have a good bowel movement. Well, as of yet (10:17 p.m.) (Read on …)

Today was a very interesting day. I got up and got dressed and ready to go. Joy said that I needed to be ready to leave by 10:00 am. I was ready and off we went. We ran errands until about 6:30pm. The biggest challenge for a person my size is to get in and out of the vehicle. Joy has a big Chevrolet Suburban and to get in and out of it can be quite a challenge. First of all I have to grab the handle up in the truck and pull myself up and then I have to hoist my fat body up into the seat and then hoist it over and get centered in the seat and get comfortable. This wouldn’t be too bad if I only had to do it once in and once out; however, (Read on …)

Today I got up at around 7ish. I think I slept better just not long enough. I am still waking up feeling exhausted after I have been up for awhile. I am not having enough bowel movements to satisfy Joy. She says that I need to have at least 2 to 3 per day to lose weight.

Tonight I was involved in a training meeting for Forever Green.

Tonight I spoke with a video person named Hashim of Bootstrap Productions about putting my story on video. He has a cable program called “Inner”view that he would like to put my story on.

This morning I woke up at 7:30 a.m. and got dressed to start the day. I am doing better and better as far as waking up. Hopefully before long I will be able to get up and get going without feeling exhausted. Nevertheless, here I am up and ready to start the day.

I got weighed this morning and I weighed 556 pounds. That is a loss of 14 pounds since Sunday. I am very excited about that. Buckle your seat belts ‘cause here we go. Thank you Jesus!!! :-)

Today was sort of a slow day. I got up at around 9:30 a.m. Joy was already off and running when I got up. I realized today when I got up that my foot that had been aching for a few days was aching because it had cracked from dryness. I thought it was just hurting from too much driving. See what happens when you get so fat that you can’t even investigate the bottom of your own feet?! Well, by the end of the day that was taken care of too. Joy’s mother (we just call her Mother) had me to soak my feet in Epsom Salts and then she poured Peroxide over them. Then before I went to bed, Joy, rubbed some Aloe Vera Gel straight from the Aloe plant on them.

Today, I had a couple of smoothies, a couple of glasses of parsley water, some FrequenSea, some pieces of fresh watermelon and a couple of spears of Asparagus. Believe it or not, I was not hungry. Tonight we went to the (Read on …)

This morning I got up at 10:30 a.m. Would you say I was tired?! I did good to wake up at 4:45 a.m. to make sure that Becky was stirring. She needed to leave here by 5:30 a.m. so she could catch her 8:00 a.m. flight home out of Atlanta. Joy was so nice to take her to the airport. I was so out of it that they just left me home to sleep.

One thing that I can say today is that my feet are sooooo swollen. I just want the water to subside and let my little feet breathe. I know that it won’t be long before Joy gets a hold of them and makes them just do right. (Read on …)

Well today we made it to Stone Mountain, GA. What an adventure the trip was. We stayed 3 nights in Arkansas so we could avoid some severe weather storms (tornados). I am glad to be here and at the same time I am apprehensive. I’m not quite sure what to expect; however, I’m sure it will be good for me if it gets the weight off once and for all. My friend, Becky, and I were going to get a hotel in town and have our last binge meal tonight. Well, when I called the nutritionist to let her know we were in town. . . she suggested that we come over to the house first. Well, that was all she wrote. We ended up staying the night at her house and she made us dinner at 11:00 p.m. at night. Now mind you it was good and healthy and it actually tasted really good. I viewed it as the LAST SUPPER. Who knows when I will have a real meal again. Nevertheless, some people were over and we stayed up and visited until 2:00a.m. and then I went to bed. The trip from CA to GA took 8 days and boy am I exhausted!!!
